2 · Acceptance
By accessing or using SyncPay you agree to these Terms. They apply to all users, businesses, consumers, accountants, and API integrators.
3–5 · Use & Accounts
Use the service lawfully. Customer and Consumer user classes have separate account and billing rules. Keep your credentials secure.
6 · Billing
Customer, each SPTC Activity (POS receipt, invoice with SPTC, or Xero reconciliation) consumes one credit from your plan allocation.
Consumer, Free tier (bank-feed connect, SPTC matching, lookup) is always free. Pro is $7.99/mo for AI search, analytics & budgeting; cancel anytime.
SyncPay collects transaction metadata (merchant, amount, date, SPTC code) to enable receipt lookup and reconciliation. We do not store full card numbers or PII beyond what you explicitly provide.
Consumer Privacy
Consumers retain full control. Bank data is encrypted; you can revoke access anytime. SPTC lookups are anonymous — no login required.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data for billing and legal compliance. You can request erasure under GDPR. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.
