SPTC receipts this business has received. Track what you buy, not just what you sell.
Pulls transactions from your connected banks (Basiq / Up Bank), finds SPTC codes in descriptions, and matches them to issued receipts across the SyncPay network. Matched receipts land in your Received list automatically.
Paste an SPTC code from your bank statement. We'll look it up and save it to your Received list.
Every received SPTC receipt can be pushed to Xero as a Bill (ACCPAY invoice). The GST line items come through itemised so reconciliation is one-click.
BAS
Business Activity Statement. Output tax, input tax, net GST owed, ready for your accountant or MyGov.
CSV columns: date, sptc_code, description, direction (sale/expense), subtotal, gst, total, category, deductible. Matches the ATO Business Activity Statement worksheet format.
Fraud & Disputes
Chargebacks, pre-dispute alerts, and queries raised by banks and enterprise clients via the SyncPay network.
Enterprise clients (banks and financial institutions) can query transaction records via the SyncPay network using the bank portal. These queries are logged here so you can track what data was accessed and respond to any open requests.
